Proposed Residential Apartments Development on Plots 2594 and 2596 Block 15, Kibuga, Nsambya in Kampala district. The scope of works covered construction of four levels, four apartment blocks in two types 1 and 2, construction of boundary walls, civil works and mechanical and electrical works, and supervision roles of the above works under different responsibilities by the project management team. Project management techniques were applied to capture aspects of: time, cost, quality, safety and environmental aspects when executing the project. The project consultant to this project is Southgate Consulting Limited, the team consists of a consortium of members comprised of: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), Mechanical & Electrical Engineers (M&E).The project was procured through a traditional approach that's Design-Bid -Build, the contractor was procured through a selective approach. The Apartment are well built and the compound is well paved.
